1. General Provisions

  1. 1.These Terms of Service govern the use of the CVClinic.io website available at https://cvclinic.io (hereinafter: the "Service").
  2. 2.The Service is owned and operated by emedia spółka z o.o., registered address: ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warszawa, NIP: 712 340 33 83, KRS: 0000845908, REGON: 386288252 (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
  3. 3.Contact with the Service Provider is available at: hello@cvclinic.io.
  4. 4.Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Anyone who does not accept the Terms should discontinue use of the Service.

2. Services

  1. 1.Free service — preliminary CV analysis including: overall match score (0–100), list of main issues, quick-fix tips, and one before/after example.
  2. 2.Paid service (Package) — full CV analysis including: ATS report with missing keywords, rewritten and optimised CV tailored to the specified job offer, personalised email subject and cover message, individual skills development plan (where applicable). Results are delivered immediately after analysis.
  3. 3.Packages available: Single (1 analysis), Double (2 analyses), Triple (3 analyses). Credits are valid for 6 months from purchase.

3. Payments

  1. 1.Payments are processed by a third-party payment operator. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
  2. 2.All prices shown are gross prices (inclusive of VAT).
  3. 3.Package purchases are one-time — no subscription is created.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

  1. 1.In accordance with Polish consumer law (Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period has expired, and after the consumer has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
  2. 2.Before purchasing a Package, the consumer expressly consents to immediate commencement of the service and acknowledges loss of the withdrawal right upon delivery of digital content.

5. Complaints

  1. 1.Complaints should be submitted to: hello@cvclinic.io
  2. 2.The Service Provider will respond within 14 calendar days.
  3. 3.Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, including the EU ODR platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

6. Liability

  1. 1.The Service Provider does not guarantee that analysis results will translate into specific recruitment outcomes.
  2. 2.The Service Provider's liability to non-consumer users is limited to the value of the purchased Package.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. 1.All rights to the Service, its graphics, software, and content belong to the Service Provider.
  2. 2.The user grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process the uploaded CV solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  3. 3.Analysis results (report, rewritten CV, application message) are delivered as digital content for the user's personal use.

8. Personal Data

  1. 1.The data controller is emedia spółka z o.o., ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warszawa.
  2. 2.Full details of data processing are described in the Privacy Policy at: https://cvclinic.io/privacy
  3. 3.The CV file is automatically deleted after analysis and is not stored on Service Provider servers.

9. Governing Law

  1. 1.These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumer disputes may be brought before the competent Polish court as per the Code of Civil Procedure.
  2. 2.These Terms enter into force on 26 March 2026.
